You can either give us a call at (317) 800-6980, or schedule an appointment online under the Online Appointments tab

Can I just walk in or do I have to make an appointment?

We do prefer that you make an appointment ahead of time (either online or by calling the clinic) to reduce your wait time, but we do accept walk-in for a variety of services currently.

Can I email my questions or concerns ?

Yes, you certainly can. Please email us at Info@GreenwoodPrimaryCare.com all your questions or concerns, and we will try our best to get back within 1-2 business days.
